Returns

At Couture Collective, ensuring you have a great shopping experience is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you might need to make a return, and we're here to help you with that. However, we kindly ask you to consider the impact that returns can have on our small business. Please respect our return policy and refrain from misuse. Thank you for your understanding and support! 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of any signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, pet hair, or cigarette smell. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Step 1: Initiate your return through our return portal from your account.
Step 2: Prepare the item for return and include the original packing slip for quicker processing.
Step 3: Purchase a shipping label at your local post office.
Step 4: Drop off your package at the post office within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

    • All returns are subject to an inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our standards.
    • If your return request is accepted, the return shipping address and  detailed process guide will be emailed to you. 
    • You can check the return status via your Account center
    • Check the list of Non-Returnable Items below
    • We are not responsible for items not purchased from Couture Collective but mistakenly returned to us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: 

Final Sale Items: Items from our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items (overstock sale, seasonal sales), personal care goods (such as beauty products and accessories), greeting cards, stickers, glass cans, ceramic mugs, cup accessories, and all gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Special Promotions: Items bought during pre-orders sale, or special promotional events are eligible for returns, but only for store credit.
Daily Use Item: Items from our daily use items such as bamboo toothbrush, socks, toiletries (slippers, towels, perfume), bedsheets, are eligible for return with store credit upon full inspection and confirmation. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit or your original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
